This page offers multiple types of reporting, allowing administrators to get a comprehensive overview of parking and payment activity.

1. Parking Payment Summary Report This report focuses on the financial aspect of the carpark, providing key data such as:

   • Total Amount Collected: The total revenue generated from parking payments.

   • Total Transactions: The total number of payment transactions processed within the specified period.

2. Carpark Summary Report Provides an overview of carpark activity, including:

   • Total Exits: The total number of vehicles that have exited the carpark.

   • Vehicles Still in Carpark: The current number of vehicles still inside the carpark.

   • Average Duration: The average time vehicles spend in the carpark, helping to track parking patterns.

   • Manual Open Entry and Exit: The count of times the gate was manually opened for vehicle entry or exit.

   • Manual Capture: The number of manual plate captures recorded.

Report Type	Description
Entry Summary Report	Provides the total entries at each gate, split between normal users, season pass holders, and free passing (vehicles that enter and exit within the grace period). It also tracks manual gate opens and manual edits for both entry and exit.
Cashier Summary
Payment Method Type	Displays the types of payment methods used and the corresponding transaction counts and totals for each method.
Overall Payment	Shows the total amount collected across all payment methods.
Cashier Detail	Detailed breakdown of each cashier's transactions and payments processed.
Daily Summary Report	Daily record of vehicle entries and exits at each gate.
Daily Transaction Report	Provides a daily overview of all payment transactions processed in the carpark.
Offline Payment Report	Displays details of payments processed offline (when online systems are unavailable).
Length of Stay Report	Breaks down the duration of stay for each vehicle, categorising them into specific time ranges.
Hourly Traffic Report	Tracks vehicle entries and exits on an hourly basis, split between season pass holders and regular vehicles.
Offline/Online Payment Report	Compares the number and value of transactions processed both offline and online.
Online Payment Summary	Provides a summary of all online payments, including totals and transaction details.
