This page is designed as a last resort for processing payments when customers are unable to use the available payment methods.

Cash Collection Steps

When processing a cash payment manually, follow these steps:

  1. Search for License Plate Use the search bar to find the vehicle associated with the payment.

  2. Click on "Collect" Once the correct vehicle entry is located, click on the Collect button.

  3. Enter Amount Collected Input the exact amount of cash that has been collected from the customer.

  4. Enter Remarks (Optional) If there are any specific details or notes about the transaction, enter them in the remarks field. This step is optional but recommended for clarity.

  5. Click on "Collect" After entering the amount and remarks, confirm the payment by clicking on the Collect button to finalise the transaction.
