Payment Type

Description

POS

Split between Touch 'n Go and Visa/Mastercard payment methods.

Kiosk

Systems placed around the carpark where users enter their license plate number to make payment. Accepts Touch 'n Go and Visa/Mastercard and DuitNow QR payments. Note: Kiosks are not available at every carpark and are installed upon request from the carpark operator.

Static QR

An online payment method where users scan a static QR code to pay online. Accepts Touch 'n Go, Visa, Mastercard, etc. Disclaimer: occasionally may bank take time to verify adn process.

Cash

Payments collected by on-ground staff as a last resort if other payment methods are unavailable or fail.

App

This payment method will be available once the app is launched. Stay tuned for more updates!

Export to Excel

At the top right of the page, you will find the "Export to Excel" button. This feature allows you to export payment information for further review.

It is highly recommended to set the Payment Status filter to "Success" and select a specific time frame before exporting to ensure accurate data in your report.

Filters

provides several filters to help you refine and focus your search:

Use the search bar to quickly find specific vehicle entries by license plate number or other relevant details.

Filter payments based on the different payment methods available. A detailed breakdown of payment types is included in the table at the bottom of this page.

Filter transactions based on their payment status, including:

  • Failed: Transactions that were not completed successfully.

  • Pending: Payments that are still being processed.

  • Success: Completed and successful payments.

Narrow down the collection data by specifying a date or date range. This is useful for generating reports for a particular period.

Steps to Generate a Receipt

To generate and send a receipt for a vehicle, follow these steps:

  1. Use Filter to Search for License Plate Utilise the search bar or filters to locate the specific vehicle by its license plate.

  2. Click on Receipt Once the correct vehicle entry is found, click on the Receipt option to open the receipt details.

  3. Send to Customer You can send the receipt to the customer using any of the following methods:

    1. Print as PDF (Recommended) Click on Print, choose "Save as PDF", and send the PDF file to the customer via email or another preferred method.

    2. Screenshot Take a screenshot of the receipt page and send it directly to the customer.

    3. Scan QR and Send Link Scan the QR code and send the generated link to the customer.
